Jimmy Savile: Labour faces embarrassment over former child sex claims

Labour faces embarrassment over its calls for a wide-ranging inquiry into Jimmy Savile as senior party figures have previously called for the relaxation of child sex laws.

Harriet Harman, the Opposition deputy leader, said the allegations that the late TV and radio presenter abused dozens of young boys and girls had “cast a stain” on the BBC and other trusted institutions.

But at the time Savile was at the height of his fame, Miss Harman was calling for the relaxation of the law on child pornography.

She was a leading light in the pressure group now known as Liberty, which advocated the lowering of the age of consent to 14.

The organisation, then run by the Health Secretary under Tony Blair, Patricia Hewitt, even counted among its affiliates a number of extreme pro-paedophilia groups whose leaders were later jailed.

It means that any independent public inquiry into the culture that allowed Savile to abuse children for so long with impunity, could end up looking into the radical left-wing demands for the liberalisation of child sex laws that were made in the 1970s.

Tim Loughton, the former children’s minister, said “It is rather eyebrow-raising to see Harriet Harman’s newfound zeal for clamping down on sexual exploitation of children, given that she was decidedly dodgy on the subject when she was part of an organisation calling for the relaxation of these laws.

“What we are seeing now is the result of a culture of complacency which has allowed celebrities and others to cover up their crimes, and Harriet Harman must share some of the blame for not taking these matters much more seriously.”

As The Daily Telegraph first disclosed in 2009, in the 1970s the extreme end of the sexual liberation movement included groups who openly campaigned for the abolition of the age of consent. The Paedophile Information Exchange and Paedophile Action for Liberation affiliated themselves to the National Council for Civil Liberties, now known as Liberty.

NCCL complained to the press watchdog about their treatment by tabloid newspapers and in one article admitted it had “plenty of contact” with PIE, and argued that children are harmed by having to go to police and courts after a “mutual relationship with an adult”.

In 1976 the NCCL submitted a response to the Government’s plans to reform sex laws that was dubbed a Lolita’s Charter as it claimed “childhood sexual experiences, willingly engaged in with an adult result in no identifiable damage”.

The organisation said that children as young as 14 should be able to consent to sex, to reduce the “harmful effects of the present laws”.

It went on to say it is “logical” for the age of consent to be abolished but “we fear” it would not be “politically possible”.

Miss Harman, then a newly qualified solicitor, joined the group as legal officer two years later.

In April 1978 she wrote the NCCL’s response to the Protection of Children Bill, which was put before Parliament in order to tighten the laws on child pornography by banning indecent images of under-16s.

It claimed that the new law could lead to “damaging and absurd prosecutions” and “increase censorship”.

She suggested that pornographic photographs or films of children should not be considered indecent unless it could be shown that the subject had suffered, and that prosecutors would have to prove harm rather than defendants having to justify themselves.

The NCCL's submission stated: “Although this harm may be of a somewhat speculative nature, where participation falls short of physical assault, it is none-the-less justifiable to restrain activities by photographer which involve placing children under the age of 14 (or, arguably, 16) in sexual situations.

“We suggest that the term 'indecent’ be qualified as follows: – A photograph or film shall not for this purpose be considered indecent (a) by reason only that the model is in a state of undress (whether complete or partial); (b) unless it is proved or is to be inferred from the photograph or film that the making of the photograph or film might reasonably be expected to have caused the model physical harm or pronounced psychological or emotional disorder.”

It added: “Our amendment places the onus of proof on the prosecution to show that the child was actually harmed.”

Miss Harman left NCCL in 1982 when she was elected MP for Camberwell and Peckham, by which time several members of PIE had been jailed for conspiracy to corrupt public morals.

A spokesman for Miss Harman said: “This allegation is an outrageous slur. Harriet has fought for child protection from sexual abuse over the last 30 years – any attempt to suggest otherwise is untrue and malicious.

“It is completely untrue that she supported the lowering of the age of consent to 14 – she supported equalising the age of homosexual consent to make it the same as the age of heterosexual consent which is 16.”

However, once you calmly and dispassionately tally up the pros and cons of this race, any sane and logical person can clearly see that BLACK PEOPLE SUCK MAJORLY. Doesn’t take a rocket scientist or a Cray super computer AI program to figure that one out.

The only reason so many White people think these murderous clowns are “cool” is because Jew media portrays them so. Think about MTV, advertising and all the black heroes constantly in Hollywood movies – total Jewy programming there.

Sure, I wished it wasn’t so. I’d love to hang with the homies, maybe even get a little jiggy with them, smoke some spleefs, do the jungle rap as they shake that big STD-ridden thang in each other’s sweaty, booty-loving faces. Right.

All joking aside, some blacks may appear to act decent and civilized at times – especially when they get around Whites who might have something to do with them getting “mo money,” as they happily milk the benefits of “affirmative action” (anti-White reverse racism). But a substantial percentage really don’t work all that much in the first place, instead sucking on the public dole, plus engaging in crime and drug dealing, too. The ape-like African is always just under the surface, waiting for that right jungle beat, or an opportunity free from consequences to prey upon other blacks and even us White people — who don’t deserve this BS.

Black Animals Strangled Missing Little NJ Girl

Two murderous black brothers beat and choked the life out of young Autumn Pasquale, dumping her dead body in a neighbor’s recycling bin. Did they rape the little girl? Very possible, knowing how these apes truly behave.

CLAYTON NJ: They finally found the missing girl’s brutalized body in a recycling bin of a neighbor’s house after days of frantic searching by family and friends. By that point, the little girl would have started decomposing, her young White body now bloated purplish black in the early fall heat, her short life already snuffed out for several days. It was probably the sickly sweet smell of death that alerted the bin’s owner to look inside.

When 12 year-old Autumn Pasquale went missing, family and friends didn’t quite know what to do, fear and anxiety gripped them until the body was discovered (photo below). National media covered things fairly extensively when she went missing – obviously tragic and with the possibility of a White perv – but have now gone mostly silent or won’t show the perp’s images all because they’re blacks.

Yep, turns out a black punk named Justin Robinson, lured the poor girl over to his house, where him and fellow bike thief, older brother Dante, waited. Supposedly just to steal the girl’s white BMX bicycle (so we are told).* Imagine the girl’s fear as they both violently smashed and beat her senselessly to the ground. One animal must have grabbed her by the throat and started squeezing, fully intent on ending her young life. He may have put his full weight on her chest, while the other held her legs down as she kicked and struggled to stay alive. Hell, knowing how animalistic blacks are, they may have raped her, or at least tried to, before killing her (rape may have been the plan to begin with).

As it happens time and time again when Whites are victimized by blacks (increasing more each and every day), the traitorous Jew-controlled media never to breathes another word when their stinking pets are discovered to have committed the crime. They stay as silent as possible — no wall-to-wall non-stop coverage like they always do when the perp is a White guy or girl (think about some of the cases over the last few years). They really could care less about any dead WHITE person – even a little girl viciously murdered over a lousy bike, or just because she was White.

In a statement released Tuesday evening, Amber DeLoach’s family said it is mourning the loss of the “beautiful, loving and bright young woman with a zest for life…”

Just take a look at my montage above of the beautiful, but now dead and gone, Amber DeLoach of Savannah, Georgia. When a INCOG reader put in a link to this crime, I fully expected the perp to be another stinking apeman and put all this together even before the cops released the “person of interest” store surveillance shot (right). Why did I expect him to be black? Because he set fire to the car, that’s why. That’s a clear indication a Negro did it. They think they are being so smart and clever, by burning the car they’ll eliminate forensic evidence and stay free. Same thing with killing the victim of a robbery or rape to get rid of witnesses (including others on the scene of the crime, even little children).

I don’t know if the poor girl was alive when the black animal or animals put a burning rag down into the car’s fuel line. She was in the trunk, raped, strangled, stabbed, shot – possibly even alive and still conscious. Imagine her fear as the vehicle turned into a blazing inferno around her? Imagine dying like that.

Oh, INCOG MAN, you’re just saying he might have burned her alive “because you’re a racist, White ‘supremacist.’ No ‘human being’ could do that to another human.” Uh, what don’t you get, multicult fool? Black animals do this kind of thing all the time to people in Africa, Haiti and even the USA. Back in 2005, apeman Stanley Bedford burned alive an elderly White couple in New Mexico. He put them in their own car trunk and, while still alive and conscious, set the car on afire — horribly burning both to death (medical examiners can tell by burned lung tissue from the victim screaming while engulfed in flames).

Now I know some of you might be thinking “she must have been a mudshark and got her just desserts…” Sure, that’s what might have happened, but we really don’t know the particulars. Even if that was the case, it’s doubly sad our children have now been so brainwashed by Jew media they allow themselves to get into situations resulting in this kind of thing.

We can also reasonably suspect the DeLoach girl was raped. She may even have turned him down, which the stupid, violent animal construed as being “dissed” or “da white bitch be racist.” Because of Negro worship in the Jew media, these animals somehow think all White girls have to want these disgusting apes.

This past Labor day weekend, two of these Georgia apes thrill-killed a young White couple at random (right), by blasting away at their car as they merely drove down a street too close to where the animals lived. The worthless, affirmative action black Chief of Police had the nerve to insult the dead Whites, by saying they were not so innocent victims. Huh? Yep. Everything is now topsy-turvy in Jewmerika!

If you pay the least attention to how sick and manipulative Jew media is these days, anyone with common sense sees all this pro-black stuff on a daily basis: From rap music to celibrity gossip rags; hollywood movies to TV shows, professional sports of all kinds – the stinking media Jews have elevated these violent, worthless blacks to ridiculous levels. The family of a high-ranking Al Qaeda planner killed by a CIA drone strike are to sue the British government for helping to murder him.

Rashid Rauf, a fugitive Briton who played a pivotal role in coordinating the airline bomb plot, was reportedly killed in a U.S missile attack on a Taliban safe house in Pakistan's tribal areas in 2008.

His family is now to launch a legal challenge accusing the Government of being complicit in the murder of one of its own citizens on foreign soil.

British intelligence officers who shared information about him with their US counterparts may be judged to have assisted in his murder, or of committing war crimes.

Rauf, 27, a former baker's boy from Birmingham, was on a CIA ‘High Value Target’ list because of his alleged role as a chief planner for Al Qaeda attacks on the West.

Intelligence services also believe he was the brains behind the July 7 London tube attacks, and that he masterminded the failed 2006 plot to blow up US airliners flying from Heathrow, using liquid bombs.

A close friend of the family, who have always maintained that Rauf had no links with Al Qaeda, told the Sunday Mercury: 'They want justice for their son who was killed in murky circumstances that amount to cold-blooded murder.

Rashid never had a chance to defend or explain himself. He was accused of some heinous crimes and without any trial, judge or jury he was blown to pieces by a unmanned Predator drone aircraft controlled by a soldier sitting thousands of miles away in the US.

'The Americans could not have found and killed him without help from British intelligence officers who shared information.

'The family want answers. They want to see the evidence that Rashid was a dangerous terrorist.'

The British government has consistently refused to say whether or not its signals intelligence agency, the Cheltenham-based GCHQ, passes information in support of the CIA drone operations over Pakistan.

But media reports have quoted sources at GCHQ claiming it has better interception networks than the CIA in south Asia, and that it has shared information about the locations of Al Qaeda and Taliban commanders in Afghanistan and Pakistan.

Intelligence services believe Rauf, centre, was the brains behind the July 7 London tube attacks, and that he masterminded the failed 2006 plot to blow up US airliners flying from Heathrow.

The Rauf family have been encouraged to launch their legal challenge after lawyers for a young Pakistani man, whose father was killed by a drone strike, seek to have the sharing of UK locational intelligence declared unlawful.

Noor Khan, 27, is said to live in constant fear of a repeat of the attack in North Waziristan in March last year which killed more than 40 other people.

In a landmark case at the High Court in London last week, Mr Khan launched an application for a judicial review examining the UK’s alleged complicity in the CIA’s drone campaign.

If Khan’s case is successful, judges will be forced to examine whether GCHQ officers can legally share information on the location of individuals if they believe this may be used to target them with drone strikes.

Khan’s barrister Martin Chamberlain told High Court judges that while soldiers who kill as part of an international armed conflict are protected from prosecution, it’s unclear whether the turmoil in Pakistan’s volatile tribal belt constitutes a war.

A spokesman for human rights charity Reprieve said: 'This anomaly could make the killings unlawful and British officials who shared intelligence leading to those killings would be guilty of accessory to murder.

'Even if this is held to be a war, the drone strikes could break international humanitarian law by exceeding what ‘proportionate and necessary’ is leaving officers who share intelligence at risk of assisting crimes against humanity or war crimes.'

A spokesman for the Rauf family last night said their legal action would not be intended to convict any individuals of a crime but to seek a declaration by the British civil courts that such intelligence sharing is unlawful.

Cow kills butcher during Islamic Eid festival

A cow, panicked at the prospect of slaughter, killed a Palestinian man attempting to butcher it during an Islamic festival in Gaza on Saturday.

Woman raped in alley by stranger on night out was sexually assaulted AGAIN by second passer-by as she lay helpless.

Mustafa Yussuf, 21, was jailed for seven years for raping the woman on New Year's Eve

After he fled the scene near Manchester city centre a second man raped the woman as she lay helpless in an alleyway.

Mustafa Yussuf, 21, was the first man to attack the woman. He was jailed for seven years for the rape.

A woman who was dragged into an alleyway and raped after a night out was subjected to a second horrifying ordeal by another man as she lay recovering from the attack.

Mustafa Yussuf was the first to prey on the woman as she walked through Manchester city centre on New year's Eve, marching her into Church Street car park and raping her in a nearby lane.

After the assault the then 20-year-old fled the scene, leaving the woman helpless.

It was then that, instead of assisting her, another man pounced on the woman and raped her.

The distressing details of the double rape emerged as Yussuf, now 21, from Manchester, was jailed for seven years for the attack.

He claimed to have had a consensual encounter with the woman but denied rape.
But a jury at Manchester Crown Court trial rejected his account and found him guilty.

Judge Martin Steiger QC, sentencing, said he ‘hadn’t the slightest doubt’ that Yussuf was ‘perfectly aware’ the woman was too drunk to consent to any activity.

The court heard that the ‘mature’ woman had drunk to excess because of relationship problems, with CCTV showing she was unable to stand.

She was refused re-entry to the nightclub when she asked to be allowed in to search for her lost handbag.

 

In the aftermath of the double-rape attack she needed strangers’ help to get home and she was unable to remember what had happened to her for two hours.

Zoe Nield, defending, said: ‘This offence does appear to be an isolated incident - it was out of character for this defendant.’

The victim told court that her life had been shattered by the attack and had been isolated by a fear of going out. 

Judge Steiger said: ‘At some point in the course of her ordeal she was raped by another individual. 

‘There was never any charge laid against this defendant [Yussuf] for being party to that incident, which the complainant found in many ways the most traumatic feature of her ordeal.’

Another man was arrested for the second rape but released without charge.

Multiculturalism will render all state institutions ineffective and dumb down the population

US Defense Secretary, Leon Buffoon Panetta, has vowed to eliminate the threat from al-Qaeda in northern Mali.  ”Our approach is to make sure that al-Qaeda and elements of al-Qaeda have no place to hide.”

The US reportedly already has surveillance drones in the area, but some experts believe that further Western intervention could have negative consequences. (Don’t worry, the Obama Regime just likes to watch, they won’t do anything)

…it’s still Barack Hussein Obama. National Geographic’s ‘Seal Team Six’ TV movie, a last ditch attempt to make Obama look like a hero, instead of the traitor he is, will edit in new scenes that focus on Obama rather than the Navy SEALS.

FOX News  As the political propaganda controversy surrounding Harvey Weinstein’s ‘SEAL Team Six: The Raid of Osama bin Laden’ continues, OPSEC (Operation Security) will air ads in key battleground markets during its broadcast on the National Geographic Channel two days before the election.

After learning of the suspicious timing and Weinstein’s instruction to make the President a key character in the movie that spotlights the detailed process that went into the killing of bin Laden, OPSEC, a group of former Intelligence officers and Special Operations members concerned with the impact of increasing informational leaks, immediately sought approval to run their :30 second TV commercial ‘Bump in the Road.’ 

The ‘Bump in the Road’ Commercial (below) was filmed about three weeks ago and is already airing on some stations in Ohio and Virginia. A rep for OPSEC said that the spot has been approved by National Geographic, although the channel was not able to immediately comment on the issue.

According to a press release, the ad seeks to “hit the Obama Administration for not telling the truth about the attacks in Libya that cost the U.S. Ambassador, two former SEALs and another U.S. diplomat their lives while also having politicized the raid that killed Osama bin Laden.”

“As soon as we heard the film was slanted to promote (Obama) and conveniently come out just before the election, making him the President look strong on foreign policy and national security we knew we had to do something,” Taylor told us. “The Obama administration has grossly exploited bin Laden’s death, and all the leaked information has hindered operations and put lives at risk.”

Weinstein has both denied that the movie was in any way politically-skewed or intended to sway votes in Obama’s favor. National Geographic also asserted that ‘SEAL Team Six was in no way propaganda, and that the timing of the broadcast was simply to take advantage of their exclusive rights and the fall programming schedule. (Riiiiight!)
